Note 10 + battery shutdown at 30%

[Android Central Question]

Hi bought a note 10 plus, 3 weeks ago...

Every time the phone reach about 30% the phone shuts down and cant switch on, two my friends have the same phone and its not the case at all.

Recently i tested it, i charged the note 10 plus till 24%, when i unplugged it, it work until it got to between 15 and 13%, then it dropped straight to 5 % and then it shutdowns.

Please any advice

Welcome to Android Central! Did you buy it used? It sounds like the battery has deteriorated, or might be faulty. Are you able to return it or exchange it?

Hi no i bought at vodacom brand new on a contract, like i said i have it now for 3 weeks.

So according to u the battery is at fault here

Haven't went back to the store yet, but after i asked my friends and with your feedback i will have to, there is no other way to fixed it or the change it

If it's consistently shutting down at 30%, that's a pretty definite sign of a bad battery. Ask Vodafone for a replacement.

Sounds like the battery, but also try it in safe mode if still same .
