Note 10+ no longer charges wirelessly

Is anyone having issues with your note 10 + and wireless charging? Mine no longer will work. I use a Samsung wireless charging pad and validated that my wife's note 10 works with it. For a while I could restart the phone and it would start working but now that doesn't work any longer. Any advice appreciated!

Hi, you use a case ? Maybe take it off and try , or put phone in safe mode and test it

I should have said I have tried it with and without a case. I did just try your suggestion of booting into safe mode to see if it works and it is still not working.

Ok, the only other thing will be factory reset , but back up your device , if that don't work call Samsung for a warranty.

does it charge by wire? I know you said your wifes phone charges on your wireless charger, but did you try another?

It does charge by wire and my phone will not charge on her wireless charger

try charging the phone with the power turned off

Sorry to hear, what a pain.
Throw it back at Samsung and let them deal with it and give you a new one, you paid enough for it in the first place.

Mine did this, i unplugged the charger and plugged it back in and it worked again.

Also tried unplugging and replugging the charger with no luck. May be Samsungs problem soon. Thanks for the suggestion though!
