Note 10 plus Battery issues

[Android Central Question]

Hello can someone take a look at my battery profile and let me know if this is normal . I came from a galaxy S8 plus , I had it for 3 years and only had to charge it once per day in my care during my commute , I have not change any thing on my new phone i used Samsung smart switch and copied everything from my old phone (including my setting ) I feel that my old phone last longer , I have not change the way i use my phone 3 hours of YouTube and light Facebook and web browsing , this phone is 4 days old and i have already charge it 3 time from 0 to 100 % sine the battery are brand new .what do you get on your device

Welcome to Android Central! Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which may show Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

You might have to install a 3rd party battery monitor, like GSam Battery Monitor, to get the Cell Signal Strength graph.

I was getting ready to return my Note 10+ and get the iPhone 11 b/c of battery drain. A manager at ATT walked by me and whispered, "do a factory reset it's a software issue". I did, and problem solved!
