Note 10 Plus-signature in Text message?????

I have been seriously waiting, and waiting for this note 10 to drop. I thought for my biz (real estate) this would be awesome. I have used in my past galaxy's the signature in my text messages, can turn on and off, but I do not see hardly any types of customizations in this at all!! A tech at Best Buy told me about Pulse, so I have downloaded, but the signature is not easy to turn on or off and it sends it automatically in the message but its not viewable to you, the sender. Now, issue when sending responses for secure logins etc, as any further info other than the required will not go through. Please HELP on this!! I'm not as much of a fan as I thought of this phone.

Given that SMS messages are limited in length, signatures are heavily discouraged, thus not supported by many SMS apps.

I use the app Textra. It supports signatures, but I don't use them. While creating the message you can pick a sig (or none) but not edit the sig.

If your phone has a multi-item clipboard manager installed, you might put your common signature in it and "pin" it to keep it from being deleted. Then you could just paste it into the messages as needed.
