So does anyone know how to get in touch with or contact the team that works on this app so they are aware of these issues?

I know the members app to ask for help but not sure for OS or app issues.

Yeah. They didn't know anything. Waiting for an update with att means at least a year.

do a settings reset.. that worked for me

I did. Oddly when I did this days ago, it fixed the issue for about ten minutes.
