Note 10+ unlocked with ATT firmware and Sim Card

[Android Central Question]

Hello, I have some questions regarding a Note 10+.

Would an unlocked 10+ with ATT firmware/sim card ( N975USQS3CTD7(10+) ) receive OTA updates from ATT?

I am waiting for the June security update (not sure if it has not been rolled out completely) and I an wondering if there is a way to get it through OTA.

If not possible will Smart Switch provide the update at some point or am I 'stuck' with flashing as only option?

We have some members with Att that have to flash no matter what , it's a issue and we can help flash and get files if you like.
