Note 2 4.1.1

So I did the warrenty on my phone and the replacment modwl has android 4.1.1 but some of the fetures of 4.1.2 like the multi view but not the thing where I can change the short cup thing in the notification panal and I cant change the ink color.
And I tried up dating it but says there is no update available.

No update? That's odd. You might want to call at&t and make sure you didn't get a bunk device. I guess you could wait 24 hours and try again. Have you tried through kies.

I'm a US user. Has Telus already pushed 4.1.2 to the Note2 yet? If so, I would just go through Kies and update it to 4.1.2.

Later versions of 4.1.1 included some kf the 4.1.2 features such as multi-window
