Note 2 laggy

I recently went out of town and left my phone in my car for two days and it got cold and froze and now it's being all laggy would the cold weather have anything to do with it or do I need to clear somthing. I have the clean sweeper and virus scanner but nothing comes up.

Welcome to the forums. Does a reboot help? How long has the phone had a chance to warm up?
