I think that it is a moderate improvement across the board. There are some that believe the camera on the 2 is better. I don't know about that. And I wonder if they are judging this from just the way it looks on their phone screen. The different screen resolutions could be a contributing factor in the way they are perceiving the pictures they are taking.

One of the things I really appreciated about the Note 2 was that it would run just about any app in the Play Store. With the Note 3 and Note 10.1 I'm constantly seeing the message "This app isn't compatible with your device." Very annoying.

Sell your note 2 for 300 and buy the note 3 for 700, it's worth it.

Buy the note 3 for 700 and not get a return on selling the note 2, not worth it.

Upgrading via a plan and paying 200 for it, then selling your note 2, worth it.

I did the first and 3rd of those, for myself and my wife.

I wouldn't of paid for it outright, and then given the note 2 for free to my wife or say a friend, not worth it now that I have it.

That is annoying. I was having the same issue with my Nexus 4 on 4.3. In due time those apps will be updated to be compatible with the Note 3 what I thought was interesting was that there are preloaded apps that don't work or can't be updated.

Yes, we have to keep in mind, we are early adopters.
