So I turned off my Note 2 and pulled the memory card out and stuck it in the new Note 4. Went to turn back on the Note 2 and nothing. No charge light no nothing, different battery, nothing.

Any ideas?

ps the Note 4 is AWESOME!

Can you try to hook it up to your computer and see if you can get stuff off of it. Is that a concern? It probably has to be on which won't help in this case. Won't hurt to try though. Other than that. Try removing the battery for a few minutes and then put it back in and try to power it back on. Also try to charge it. Battery may be dead?

Put the memory card back in! It was obviously holding the whole thing together!

No love. USB does not even acknowledge it is plugged in or charging. I had just backed it up using KIES.

Think it will be going back to Samsung.

I am not risking taking that stick out of the Note 4! Are you crazy!

And what are the chances? Had the Note 4 in hand #1 while the Note 2 dies in hand #2...

That's pretty weird that you get a new device and the old one dies. It knows. IT KNOWS! 😎

I think that's so spiteful and dramatic... maybe that note 2 's soul is in the new 4

You should have unmounted the SD card first
