Note 20+ Need help

Also, do you have a screen protector? If so, try taking it off.

I moved this from the S20 forum to the Note20 forum.

Look into what's mentioned above if using a 3rd party launcher go back to stock, safe mode then as last resort factor reset.

my phone did that a few times. i personally think my case was affecting the screen someone. once I changed cases, I noticed that it hasn't happened.
