Note 20/Note 20 Ultra accessories discussion.

I'm sorry, I read that several times and I couldn't understand it. lol
On cases that are difficult to remove, the force from bending the case off is sometimes hard enough that the body of the phone torks or twists enough to screw up the WSD protector causing it to lift in a corner or edge.

Ahh, yes that is true. So far, the only cases I've had a hell of a time removing are the Supcase UB Pro and especially the Poetic Revolution which I almost need a crowbar.

How long does it usually take Lifeproof to come out with a case for a new phone? That's what I am waiting for. I've dropped it once already. I mean, I have an ESR Echo on it, but I don't feel comfortable with that protection.

amazingly, I actually got Samsung to repent and send me a phone. I applied the ESR tempered glass protector. man is it awful ...a little bend cracked one immediately. Another one scratched almost immediately. I need a new tempered glass screen protector. I like the style of the ESR. But if anybody has tried it and compared, what would you suggest that is better in that style?

oh, they kept postponing delivery of the phone until it got to a point where it was almost 3 weeks later than promised and with 3 postponements. But apparently I was able to make them feel guilty.
Good for you! I've had a few battles with them in the past 6 weeks, though my phone arrived much earlier than they said it would. I might have gotten a few $30 promo codes out of it...

I might add--and word to the wise--when I used that link for head sets that was previously published it did not work and said "invalid IMEI."

I called them to find out what the story was. I got a recorded message saying "are you calling about the headset issue" or something like that. I said yes. They sent me a different link. Entered IMEI. Valid! Sending headsets.

Do you make sure to remove the spaces from try from the IMEI number?

Yes. The original link may have been an offer that was expired, with the new link being a renewal of the offer. Dunno (and sorry, I can't recreate that). But I did them both exactly the same way. The original didn't work; the new one that I got through the recording yesterday did.

I read here that this S-Pen didn't use replacement tips? How did you order them?
Someone spread misinformation as truth based on a conversation with a customer service. I know it's not convenient to fact check everything you hear but sometimes it's nice to confirm if possible before posting.

I was merely asking a question, because several people in this forum mentioned this.

I did not spread misinformation.

Please re-read....I said someone. I wasn't referring to you. I know you were asking a question. I was responding on how the rumour came about and that people should check before posting it as truth when practical. It wasn't directed at your post, though I understand why it might sound like that.

It wasn't spreading misinformation. It was sharing my experience with customer service when I asked to have the tips over the headphones. And I clearly asked if someone could help me with info, debunking what I was told.
