Note 20 ultra has the best zoom camera?

I can confirm that it at least performs better than my sons P40 Pro.

This excerpt from the article below is incorrect. Both the S20 and Note 20 Ultras use a hybrid zoom. S20 Ultra starts out with 4X optical vs 5X for the Note 20 Ultra.

"While the Galaxy S20 Ultra still relied on a hybrid optical zoom, the Galaxy Note20 Ultra now has real optical magnification on board. Our short comparison will reveal how big the differences are next to the competition and whether it offers enough to be on par with Huawei.

Unlike the Galaxy S20 Ultra, the Note20 Ultra uses a true 5x optical zoom as the basis for magnification. The data from the main sensor and the periscope zoom is combined to achieve the clearest possible magnification. In addition to electronic image stabilizers, the two OIS also ensure a fairly steady hand at longer focal lengths. A maximum digital magnification of 50x is possible."

It's actually pretty good all things considered. I took this shot of the moon the other night at 35x I believe. Obviously tapatalk scaled it down but the detail in the moon was pretty good.

It was the night you could see Mars next to it but the brightness of the moon seemed to overshadow the nearby planet. My buddy has an s20 plus and we couldn't get it to focus on the moon like the note did. He was pretty impressed with the difference.

I have the S20 Ultra and Note 10 Ultra. I'll have to do a side by side.
