I guess I'll just wait to order though Att or best buy. Best buy is at least still offering the 150 from Samsung, but I really hated that experience with them. * Le sigh*

The only reason I was going through Best Buy in years past was because it was a decent accessories discount like Samsung, but also I had a Best Buy CC and I could pay it off and AT&T would see it as a paid in full device. But, last year BB screwed up the transaction and it went to my ATT bill instead. So, I am not taking anymore chances, and still financing with Samsung, but also getting the chance to upgrade with a discount on the device and still get some freebies.

I was told that I would get separate emails when they've resolved the issues, one about the pre-registration $50 promo, and one about the $200 discount on accessories. When I click on the link from yesterday's email, it takes me to a page showing that I also get $200 off of accessories, but the minute I put anything into my shopping cart the $200 drops to $150.

Call them! The more people that report the issues the faster they will get it resolved. I asked them how these. issues would be resolved for people that already ordered but didn't get the discounts, and there was no clear answer, other than people would have to call them to get it refunded. This really isn't the right answer.

Thats odd about the drop....last time with the S20 they automatically sent the extra bonus because the emails came after

When I did the reservation a few weeks ago, it says you get the $50 reservation credit. When you get an email that says pre-order now, you could actually pre-order and get another $150 if you get the Ultra and $100 for the note 20. That's how I was able to get my $200 accessory credit. My guess... bean counters. They wanted to price at $1299... $100 cheaper than the S20 Ultra. I think they could have said $1399 if they wanted to and you wouldn't get a huge uproar... but they choose $1299.

With European models... the Exynos is basically an in-house chip and cheaper vs the SD. They can afford to bump up the memory at that point... make the buyers happier with the extra storage while they get the weaker CPU.
