I just went to Costco and walked past their mobile phone department and to my surprise there was the beauty Note20 Ultra. They did not have the bronze color they were all the black color so I couldn't see the bronze in real life but boooooooy was that 120hz scream beautiful! I had the pixel 4 XL for a short time and that's what I really missed was that higher refresh rate when I came back to the Note 10 plus so this Ultra Note is going to be straight fire!

I've looked at it 3 times at Best Buy since launch. The first time it was turned off & you couldn't turn it on. The next two times, I couldn't get it in the internet to really check out the refresh rate. Seems like a really ineffective way of trying to sell the phone...

Yes it was the same at Costco. They didn't have it connected to WiFi so I couldn't scroll on the news or anything but you can definitely tell just scrolling through the settings of the phone.

I've seen that for many many years. If it's not Apple, stores won't go out of their way to sell you the phone or put any sort of extra effort to show off other phones. Such BS.

Best Buy is like that with TV as well, though they're staunchly pro Samsung & LG. I drove 2 hours to buy a Vizio P-Series that was an open box (that had never actually been opened). There were 2 guys in the department working hard to sell me Samsung & LG. Then I started asking them technology questions related to the Vizio which, at the time was as close as you could get to OLED, without paying for OLED. The 2 guys were stunned, & i got a standing ovation when I left the store with my new P-Series...

I worked as a seasonal employee when Circuit City was around, and this one supervisor tried to get on me because I would be honest with customers that there was other options outside of the ipod nano.

Some people wanted FM radio without having to buy an accessory so I would show them the Zune or some of the lower priced options like SanDisk or Philips, but I was surprised at how loyal they where to apple to the point that they called me to the office to try and get me to stop recommending other media players, I didn't care I sold whatever was best for the customer.

AT&T is the worse for at this. You can go in there and ask them for the time and first thing out of their mouth is "We can offer you an excellent Apple iPhone that has the best clock " ugh.

Some reviewers have already gotten their hands on them are have been really disappointed with them. I was looking at those for their gaming features but it seems it's not up to quality. Hopefully they are pre-production models that they got
