If you select to be picked up from FedEx what time is it usually ready for pick up ?

End of day, but if you call in early they'll hold it before it goes into truck.

Gives you a little time to think over just what case you might like or want.

I know.. I would actually love it so I also wouldn't have to rush to get a case and then really think about it or look at some cases that haven't come out yet.

Ordered the Mystic White and even though the cancel button is gone,and on the Samsung app,it says "delivery by the 19th.."I've received "no" text, no anything from FedEx and tried looking it up by reference too. So I guess mine hasn't been shipped yet. My "buds live" still has a cancel option for them. Ugh..Come on Sammy! Send my phone!!

you are better than mine! mine shows the 21st on sam's site and app and all the accessories i order with the $150 have different delivery dates on each one ughh.

No shipping label for me either, ordered 8/6, 512gb Note Ultra (AT&T) through Samsung. Cancel button went away, but button still there for the Watch. No idea why I'm being left out.

Samsung.com shows phone and goodies coming under same shipping number - FedEx shows 3 different shipping numbers - at least something is on it's way.

Yes you can , there should be a pop up to do a pick up

chatted with sammy and they would only say on or before the 21st for my phone and on or before the 26th for my accessories i ordered ... hoping one of the cases would have shipped with the phone will be a long scary weekend if one of them don't show with it

Depends if it's a Walgreens or another FedEx store then it's still had to be loaded on to a local FedEx truck and deliver to the location you choose. If it's a FedEx distribution center where the packages gets loaded then you can pick up first thing in the morning. I generally request for hold at my distribution center but you would need to know what your local FedEx distribution center is.

Yup same here, already printed the label to return my recently bought Note9 for $317 via Amazon so Sammy can give me $550 for it lol
