It's the time of year Note comes out. Late Aug and Sept, peak of season. Looking more likely now next week we might have something. I hope no hold on the note.

My status says the same thing still. Yesterday morning picked up Irving TX. Nothing today but still says Wed delivery. I'll have to see when flights from Dallas arrive tonight. I dont' think I will get it tomorrow then. Fedex tracking sucks btw. Very vague compared to UPS.

Yeah, mine is the same... my 2lb package was picked up at 6:00AM in Irving, TX, then Departed Ft. Worth, TX at 6:00AM, then Arrived at FedEx Location Memphis, TN at 6:00AM, then logged in as At Location Memphis, TN at 6:00AM... ??? Supersonic Transportation???

Must be late on the status updates. Apparently I'm only getting my ultra and buds in a 2lbs box tomorrow. In the 1lbs delivering today is just the lte watch.

No, I agree with 'msm', I NEVER see UPS before Dinner time... 5:30PM at the EARLIEST, and that's usually unlikely. I'm residential, but close to the center of Town and they're still later in the evening most of the time! FedEx can run from 10:00AM to 2:00PM even when not overnight stuff... very good!

Same here. Samsung this morning charged me $31 for part of my order coming on Thur ground. It's my bonus stuff but I spent a bit over the $150.

I think FedEx is OVERWHELMED and it's NOT a Samsung issue... I'll bet Memphis has so many damned Samsung Note 20 Boxes, they're TOTALLY freaking out!!!!

I think it could be one of 2 things: 1). It could depend on your location. Certain locations may require it to go to the Memphis hub, while for others, it may just go straight there. 2) With the huge pallets, they may have only scanned some, but all are on their way.

When you take a day off to get the phone.
There is still not enough time to charge the phone.
Transfer everything from your old phone to the new phone.
Reset the old phone.
Stick it in the bag so it can be back at Samsung within 2 weeks..
You know everything has to be reset up correctly like you had it.
You got eat.
The phone is going to be ringing.
Now before you know it.
Everybody is gonna come home and start talking.
And you got to get some sleep.
And the phone is gonna get in the way at work.
Maybe you should take another day off.
But don't tell nobody.
Your gonna need more time with this phone.

USPS, UPS, and FedEx are all overwhelmed by the Covid 19 situation. Outside of us phoneaholics here, nobody else cares, or knows, about the launch of the Note 20.

Finally got an update from FedEx that it departed Memphis 10 mins ago. However their website says 'The estimated delivery time window for your shipment is no longer available. You will receive an update if the time window becomes available.' Heck they only have to go 3 hrs to my place from Memphis.

Maybe it depends on how many miles you are from Irving. I live 18 hours away from Irving so wouldn't really expect to see an update until sometime today.
I doubt that. This is a very small quantity of fed ex shipments. I'm sure Samsung does work with fed ex to streamline the process as much as possible, but it's going to have more to do with how they presort and package the phone's on pallets so that it makes it easier to get them to their final fed ex location. They are not going to change all their logistics to accommodate this. That being said, where some specific changes are made are at the final fed ex location. Particularly for those that miss their deliveries. When I had to pick up the iPhone 11 Max last year at fed ex, there was a pretty long line. I was lucky enough to be in the first 20 or so. But fed ex came up with a way to organize the phones so that they can locate them easier. The only reason there is such a long line is because of the required signature. But getting these onto trucks is not going to follow a different process. I'm sure the iPhone launch is much bigger as well. Ok fact if they presort well, it will probably be less of a headache than most other shipments.
