Ordered a Copper Unlocked Note 20 Ultra from Samsung website on the evening of 8/17.

Sadly it said 8/21 ship date and 8/25 delivery.

It shipped today 8/19! So 2 days early despite preordering a little late!

Plus delivery 8/21, so 4 days early!

I have off Monday, so I am going to have an awesome 3 day weekend!!!!!

Right, I hate Best Buy. They are like the Gamestop of all other electronics. They even have a policy where if you return too many items within a 1 year period they can deny any other future returns, what a joke. This is why I roll with Amazon.

does anyone know if it would hurt to stop the data transfer in the middle? it has said 2% and 12 minutes for the last half hour and my charge on my note 9 is running down. but i don't want to corrupt my data

Wow! I'm in Dallas with an unlocked Note 20 Ultra connected to 5G. In my office I normally pulled down 120-140 mbps with my S20 Ultra. With the N20 Ultra i'm getting 10 down and 3-10 up. Can't find any way to toggle 5G off and force it to LTE. Pretty frustrating.

FedEx just dropped mine at my front door. Despite a pop up on their app telling me direct signature required, and me calling them yesterday to have it directed to the Walgreens next door to my house. FedEx man was already back in his van and driving off in the few seconds it took me to get to the door .

Nice I recently got the Mavic Air 2. Thats one thing I know is going to be an issue, I doubt the Note20 Ultra will be able to fit in the drones controller....

I think it might fit. Just put my Note 8 in it and has some more room left. I think the new phone are only taller. If I Ever get my phone today the first thing I will try. I have been using my Tab S6 lately and works great. Just buy the mount and a little long cable and good to go. Good luck.

FINALLY got my shipping information on the Note 20 Ultra 512GB with AT&T I got directly through Samsung. Getting here Friday, can't wait! Congrats to all the ones who are already playing with your new toy.

What carrier and why are you trying to force it into LTE?

AT&T. Because my speeds are less than 10% of what they were, plus connectivity is not great at all, whereas when my S20 Ultra was on LTE there were no connection issues at all with great speeds. Not sure why the S20 was connecting to LTE while the N20 is 5G. AT&T's 5g, even here in Dallas, is far from ready for primetime. This is definitely not a Note issue. It's AT&T.

Not sure how different it is dimensionally with the spark controller, but I can get my Note 10+ in it. I thought it was a problem when I had a Note 9, but I keep managing to squeeze it in.

I don't get to use my drone nearly enough. I feel like I'm using it once a year, which happens to be once per phone. So it pretty much becomes an exercise in setting up the drone on the phone all over again. And I never remember that until I go to use it. Lol

How are folks setting up their new Note20s? Verbatim from backup?, apps and data only from backup? complete new setu? Watches from backup? Or completely setting up any watches as new devices? I want to keep all my apps and data, but want to manually set up screen, sounds, wallpaper. I backed up to my samsung account and Smart Switch, but smart switch doesn't save app data -- learned that the hard way from previous phone upgrades. Just a pain to have to move all m watches, could just keep them connected to my Note10 via wifi to my accounts for OTA and backup, I guess...
