My buds live sound horrible for some reason

Maybe they are defective? I've had the 2018 Gear Icon X, last years Galaxy Buds in Aura Silver and just got the beans. They definitely sound better than the previous ones. I'm pretty impressed with the bass, the highs and lows seem well defined. I have several premium wired and wireless headphones and headsets also. I think they did a great job with these, especially the design. I love how comfortable they are compared to in ear buds for me also.

Considering these were said to sound as good as air pods not sure why. Might use them when on sofa with my tab s7 plus but theybarebt comfortable in the ear for me

To be fair to the buds, it all depends on the fit, I just fitted the larger rubber tips and it fits much better and the sound is clearer. I can't say I am an audiophile especially concerning earbuds but these are pretty good. All I have to compare them to is the SteelSeries Arctis Pro wireless which are over ear gaming headphones and are very good and then the AKG Y500 on ear Wireless headset, but I think the buds live are better than these.

I don't have my phone yet, but I've read that when you have your new phone, you go into Spotify & YouTube and you'll be prompted to create a new account and the free months of service should just be there. --If you've ever done a free trial with either, you'll have to use a different email to create a new account.

Do you have them in right? I originally put the part that sticks out - the charging contact ,in my year (thinking it was like a normal ear bud) but quickly switched them around. They should sound great..

They are completely sold out and backordered so they've removed it from the site completely for the time being. I spent hours on chat/phone over the last 2 days trying to find out about this. After hours, I finally got it in my cart, so that I would at least get it whenever it was back in start. But it disappeared from my cart. when I finalized my order.

It sounds like they MAY have more sometime in September, but that's as specific as they would be–and this is as of last night.

I called this morning and got the same. He wouldn't even tell me if they were going to be available for sale again. Sounds like you got further than I did.

I still had the Original Note 9 Box, so I Factory Reset it after logging out of Goggle and Samsung Accounts, took lots of pictures, packed it in the Factory Box (with no accessories), then packed it in the larger shipping box that my Note 20 Ultra came in (after removing their FedEx label) using their bubble packing and some additional paper for good measure, took more pictures before sealing, put the inner label in and sealed, put the outer label on and I'm probably going to take it today? (Maybe Monday)

I called this morning and got the same. He wouldn't even tell me if they were going to be available for sale again. Sounds like you got further than I did.

Check your Shop Samsung app. Someone posted this afternoon that they find it there, even though it isn't on the website. I can find it there as well, but I don't log into that app for security reasons, so I'll wait until its at the website.

But I don't know if it's available to ship right away or it it's backordered but simply shows up there and you can order it for later shipment when it's back in stock. –Sorry, I should have let you know when I found this out, but it's sometimes hard to keep up with the various threads, so I'm glad you replied.

Thanks for nothing Best Buy! I've always had my Notes on the first day in past years. This blows!

I orderd mine with the beans combo with the 200 dollar credit and recieved phone, beans, sanitizer, and extra charge on Wednesday when my phone came. The sanitizer is cool and has a wireless charger. It only takes 10 min to sanitize and you can do things other than phones

For those of you whom have received a phone sanitizer, did you order from Samsung? I can't find it on their site. If you ordered elsewhere, what model did you get?

I keep looking for things to sanitize LOL . I have used credit cards, money , remote controls and our phones. Now if there was only a way to know if it really works. LOL

I'm looking at getting one, just have doubts.. Like how long will things stay sanitized, is it worth doing with that factored in. I'm on the fence yet
