Note 20 Ultra pre-order thread!

My only regret was the 128 gb downgrade, but I've retired, don't take much photos, nor that much music. Using on 82 GB of the 256 GB on the Note 10 and that's with excessive "junk" I should optimize off. I got the unlocked last year and did the sprint firmware (I'm on Sprint --TMobile now--) and there was question of quality of calls, but I still preordered the unlocked N20. I don't need a new phone I just wanted one. Unfortunately, I have just finished induction chemo, that was not planned, so I decided to enjoy my retirement and buy what I want for now...

I've had both in the past and I don't see how a satin finish could me more slippery than a gloss finish. Of course that only matters if it's not in a case.

I saw several reviews that said even though the matte/frosted 11 Pro series didn't show fingerprints it was surprisingly more slippery than the glossy XS that came before. I also saw the opposite as well, so who knows?

From my experience, the glossy glass backs are more grippy/smudges. Matte back finish less smudges and also lesser grip.

Am I the only one who elected to go with a Note20, not ultra? I mean, last year I got th Note10 and it has been wonderful. I will trade my Note9. I see references to no cost upgrade with the Samsung Financing I choose last year, but wasn't given that option when I preodered. I did still owe $290 on the Note 10.

I will probably be getting the smaller one as well. I have a Note10 and sometimes have an issue holding it whole typing & scrolling.

Been a long time Samsung fan since Epic 4G. First note was Note7. Haven't looked at a non- note since. I keep two Notes and trade in that way.

So, I called AT&T today. The woman confirmed that my preorder is eligible, but that it might not show until the 2nd or 3rd bill.

I'm maybe in the minority but I'm happy that it will show less prints and I don't care much about slipperiness. I may actually use it without the case more often. I have yet to drop a phone because of slipperiness. when I've dropped the phone it's because I was handling too many things at the same time or it fell out of my shirt pocket because I leaned over.

I don't recall, but once you get the notice, change it right away because I've heard of the option to make changes disappear.

It doesn’t concern me as well but if i have a choice I’ll go for matte. At the end I’m using a case so it’s not that big a deal either way.
