Try closing the app and open again it’ll reflect in the app as well. At least for me it did.

Website says my delivery of watch is now Sep 1st and can still cancel but the app stills says Aug 19 ship date like all the other goodies with a cancel button for the watch. Closed and restarted app many times still doesn't match the website.

FWIW we could see shipping Wednesday or Thursday. Was looking at S20 Ultra pattern and my cancel button disappeared on Feb 27th and phone shipped on Feb 29th.

The hard part now is getting the case and screen/camera protectors in on-time before launch. I ordered the amfilm Glass Screen Protector on Amazon but the date it comes out keeps changing day to day I'll just keep the original screen protector on for now until the glass one arrives. Also I ordered the Otterbox Symmetry but it's somehow stuck in Utah in shipping to California and I worry it won't be here in time for launch so I went ahead and ordered the Insignia case from Best Buy as a temporary case and pick it up this weekend.

I guess it depends on the company. My UB Pro case is going to be delivered on Wednesday
