My order doesn't show on the app at all. And when I check for orders in my account on the website, it doesn't show. I have to manually put in the order # from my email for it to show up. I was starting to think they were trynna jerk my chain, but then I started seeing stuff happen like for other members - cancel button gone, FedEx tracking...

Yes plus my Watch 3 shipped from Tennessee so I assume the phone will too and that package is from elsewhere.

You're not the first to say that and definitely won't be the last. The pre-order thread angers a lot of people when they see others getting there items before them

Shipping Mgr is indicating that 4 labels were created. One is for the watch which will arrive on Friday. One is for the phone to be delivered on the 19th. But I have no idea what the other 2 labels are for delivery on the 14th. Maybe Sammy threw in some extra goodies.
I figured out that the other 2 deliveries for Wed. are from Whitestone - the camera and glass protectors. Oh well, I guess I'm not getting any surprises from Samsung.

Rakuten is something I am unfamiliar with - Since I am on Project Fi, I can't activate with Best Buy or some of the other stores, or trade a phone in.
