My order doesn't show on the app at all. And when I check for orders in my account on the website, it doesn't show. I have to manually put in the order # from my email for it to show up. I was starting to think they were trynna jerk my chain, but then I started seeing stuff happen like for other members - cancel button gone, FedEx tracking...
Did you get the promotional discounts on accessories when you ordered?

I can't get my FedEx Status, no matter HOW I try to check it. My Samsung Order Number is a "US" and "nine numerical digits" and no matter how I try or which method I use, I get nothing. My Order Status still says "In Process - Expedited" on both the Phone and the Buds AND the "Cancel" buttons have been gone since Saturday evening, 8/8! At this point, I'm just going to wait until it shows up at the door... then I don't have to do THIS!!!

Yeah it worked during some previous pre orders as well. I guess they rather give you 10% off than completely losing the sale. They don’t know that I’m going to buy even if they don’t give any discount
With the 10% off for not canceling, rakuten 3%, employer/student discount of another 7% and the free pre order gifts the higher price is little digestible i guess![]()
When I saw them I was watching YouTube on my tv. My old man eyes can't watch videos on my phone.

For 10% Rakuten, you install rakuten browser extension, create an account and activate the discount. It'll pop up to activate the 10% discount when you visit Samsung.com from your browser, just make sure you have logged in to rakuten account in the extension. Note it's not an immediate discount, it's a cash back and you will get in a few weeks to months to be credited from rakuten to your PayPal or via check. There is Rakuten app as well if you want to use that.
For 10% cancellation offer. Just try to cancel your order saying you found better price somewhere else and Samsung will prompt giving you 10% off your order if you don't cancel. Just accept that offer and you'll get the 10% off immediately reflected on your order.
At this point i have placed three orders. Cancelled two and kept my order from yesterday.

I did it right away. Like within a minute. Not sure if you'll be ok or not.I have a question. How soon did you cancel to get the 10% offer? Did you wait a few days or do it all in the same day?
I just ordered today and was thinking about going back in now and clicking cancel before it's too late or should I wait a couple of days?
