Wanna' hear a good one - I forgot to log in t my Samsung Account when I Pre-Ordered mine, so everything is coming fine, the order is on track, but when I try to check inside my Account, I have NO ORDERS and therefore NO POINTS!!! I chatted with Samsung - the guy tried for like 25 minutes, checked with a higher level of support even and all they could come up with was to cancel and re-order from inside my Account! I didn't need the points that bad after hearing that there were already backorder issues!!!
