I've never had a good experience with Samsung Customer Service until last week, and they were really good. I had to ask for a supervisor though.That's got to be the first time I've ever heard someone say Samsung has great customer service. Haha!!!
May be the 512 GB ultra has something to do with it. Just a guess. Still lot of time left so it'll eventually change. Lots of factors carrier, color, model etc so everyone's may not get processed at the same time.Am I the only one with an Aug 6 order date and status is still "placed" with cancel buttons available for everything?

While what you're saying may be true, I think the point most are trying to make is the regular one is overpriced for what it is. It's a fine device otherwise. In the end the market dictates what is overpriced through sales results.I'd say that the audience here for the most part is the outlier in a sense. Presumably we are all enthusiasts or get hyped up about a phone enough that we go on and preorder them. I think for a good portion of the population, they aren't going to be spec peeping the way that we do and will simply go into a store and say, ohhh this looks nice and it works better than what i'm using now and purchase it.
But wasn't the same said about the Note 10? I distinctively recall that people felt $899 (which I believe was the price) to be too expensive for what it offered. The 20 is a definite upgrade from the 10, so the price wasn't going to be lower.. Package weight 5 lbs. Phone and went with buds live along with clear case for the gifts.
