Pre order threads have come a long way. *wipes year from eye *. I remember when we were just simply coordinating what snacks to bring to the 1st and second iPhone launch. Now we've got guys in here looking at the weather and calculating if it will delay shipments or not. LOL

I remember the days of waiting in line for a new iphone when they used to launch in June and it was hot out side!

So I had the charge from Samsung setup on my Credit Card app to notify me when the charge goes from pending to permanent and I got an email from them this morning saying it was cancelled. Is this normal? Will they just charge the card again tomorrow (hopefully) when it ships?

Decided to skip the new watch. I perfer the look of my Gear S3 Frontier.

I'm looking at the new watch, but I have the Galaxy watch and I'm having a hard time with the smaller battery. I like what I see about the speaker on the watch 3, sounds a lot better and I know the one I have now won't last forever, it's 2 years old and how long will it be before the battery starts not holding a charge long. I can get $100 off thru Verizon. I am not paying $500 for it. I can get another $100 off if I trade in my Galaxy watch, but thinking might keep it as back up for that and if I don't like the watch 3 I still have this one. So that's my dilemma.

What actual day will the Note 20 be in stores - the 19th or 21st?

With my 512gb showing on backorder from Samsung (for Verizon) and 'Will ship week of Aug 28' even though i ordered day 3, I'm thinking of cancelling my order with Samsung if i can get in store earlier (which is ridiculous, since pre-order is supposed to mean getting before the public sale!).

I'm going somewhere this weekend and really want the new phone and better camera!

Well if the carriers go by your logic, Verizon won't have any in the stores. Pre-order for the 512 has been on back order for awhile now, since the pre-orders should be filled first.

If having it by next weekend is that important to you, you might want to ask yourself how much you really need the 512 version and consider ordering the 128 thru Verizon.

People out here buying 512 GB just to trade it in the following year for a Note 21

People like me and pretty much anyone who justifies to buy it need the most storage and I will trade it in next for the next one with 512gb.

Why?
There are literally thousands of options for standard watch bands.
More so than even the Apple Watch...

I've not been able to find the same quality watchbands that I've seen on Apple watches. Every time I see a watchband I like, it's only available for an Apple watch, e.g., Kate Spade bands.
