mine balance is in my outstanding balance on my credit card but the transaction is not showing on my current transactions so it's there but it's not there. owell just want to know if i'm going to get lucky like a bunch of people and get it early or if i'll be a day of delivery. I'm with Verizon so i bet i'll be a release date delivery **thumbs down**

It posted on the 10th on my Discover Card.

So I had the charge from Samsung setup on my Credit Card app to notify me when the charge goes from pending to permanent and I got an email from them this morning saying it was cancelled. Is this normal? Will they just charge the card again tomorrow (hopefully) when it ships?

Wow, I thought it was just me... my Bank of America charges have been in "Pending" since 8/6 and just today, disappeared, with no explanation!!! I am going to call the Card Company tomorrow and let them know that IF Samsung re-submits the charge, that it is "Legit" and "Approved by Me"!!!

I ordered on 8/6 directly from Samsung. 128gb Note 20 Ultra (black) with Verizon service. No movement yet, no label, no nothing!

Mine did the same thing. Typically they put a temp charge on your card which is why it says 'pending'. They will officially charge you once it ships.

Thanks for responding. I ordered it on the 6th as well. I still have nothing. Guess I'll put myself in time out and wait lol. Bought the
512gb black with Verizon service. I did not want to downgrade my memory. I am a teacher of special education and design t-shirts, business cards, custom logos, etc. I need all the memory I can get when I have an idea I don't always have my laptop to create my thoughts! #SchoolTeacher

I also ordered 512gb Ultra with Verizon on the 6th. My status is still "placed/preorder" with cancel buttons available and a date that is now slipping. Now my expected delivery is Sept 1. Sucks... hopefully this doesn't drag out. You would think ordering on the very first day would be good enough. Seems unique to the Verizon version. Don't know if Samsung or Verizon is more to blame for the poor supply forecasting.

Tempted to cancel at this point and try my luck without the 512gb... don't really need it but it was only $40 more with my discount so I figured why not.

"wholeheartedly agree! Once my phone comes, I stick around here a tad bit longer just to share in the excitement of others behind me. After that, I'm usually off till the next Note release. Preorder anticipation is the highlight of Note season - next to receiving my Note of course

Right? There really seems to be no rhyme or reason. It happens when whoever needs to make it happen makes it happen.

That would be nice, but I'm sure something will happen tomorrow. I'm guessing a shipping label at the very least.

Anyone think Samsung will discontinue the Note series? This new fold 2 is rumored to be its replacement.

I think the Note is a good money maker for them. I've used the Note since the first one. I hope they don't discontinue it.

Well it's looking more likely cane season is picking up. Might have somethign to watch next weekend. Good thing my Note should be here by then. When Irma hit I was more worried about my Note 8 sitting in Miami than my house in Punta Gorda which at one point was supposed to take a direct hit lol.

Well, it's a good thing I went ahead and ordered the dang phone and it is coming Wednesdat. Just got back from out of town and getting out of the vehicle, dropped my Note 10 on the side walk, unfortunately face down and cracked the screen. Was in a case, but to no avail. Phone is still quite usable and it has Samsungs Premium Care. Anybody ever got their phone screen replaced via Premium Care? I am trading in my Note 9 on the Note20, so it would not affect the trade in.

Loved my pre even though I went through 6 in 6 months (not kidding). Sprint finally swapped it out for a Samsung moment and my love for Android started from there.

The only time I waited outside in line for a phone was the Palm Pre, in June 2009. I really liked it, even though it definitely had its issues. That phone had wireless charching & a cool charging "puck," which makes it just insane how many phones released today still dont offer wireless charging.

Cancel button gone! Unlocked Note 20 ultra 512gb. Still says backordered. Still says shipping week of 8-19. Still says delivery by 8-21. No charge to credit card. I don't know what to think. Ordered 8-11.
