Yeah, in a couple of weeks we should get the details... I heard about the deletion of TOF sensor for laser, but interesting to hear dual pixel auto-focus. Could be a real interesting "2nd gen" with their setup.

Or the fact they replaced the 48mp snapper on the S20 Ultra with a 12mp for the Note 20 Ultra. There's a lot less detail there to crop in on and digitally zoom.

I'm guessing a redesign on the lens system in the periscope that would make 100x not as possible. Hopefully optimizing quality up to 50x.

It also may have 5x optical which I think the S20 Ultra has 4x optical. So again another change in lens system.

Like I said, if DXOMark scores it before launch... we may have a game changer.

They really need to score much better after the S20 fiasco and compete with the Chinese phones before end of year.

Yeah... no matter how much they may improve the hardware... Samsung will always mess it up with their trademark overprocessing and such.

Yeah it's a tad naughty of them, especially when the Snapdragon gets another 10% boost, we'll see but it could put a few people off.

Yes, the gray camera bump with the silver bezel around the lenses give it a nice contrast off the white. And... that white S-Pen

If these things weren't so darn slippery that would be a nice phone to rock naked. I definitely like it over Copper/Rose Gold even though I think it looks nice.

My desire is actually rock it with a Kevlar Pataki cover because I rarely drop the phone. But I do like flush backs... Maybe Spigen will do a Neo-Hybrid case with the white rubber back in the houndstooth pattern and silver plastic trim (I think it more a racing tire pattern ) Maybe a Speck clear case to show off the white. Choices.

But I am tired of black for last three years on Note 8 and in Florida Sun, it absorbs heat FAST. If they do have White, this pic convinced me I'll go that this time around.

I think putting the 990 into the Note 20 is just lazy profiteering. They know people will want the phone, but the compromises for the price is just disgusting. It is a far far inferior phone to the model going to the Americas and S. Korea. It is unfair and a really nasty thing to do to their customers. The performance of the 990 is just sub-par. They were called out for it with the S20 series and they have learned nothing. When Gary Sims does his speedtest-G on the 2 varieties of Note (SD vs 990) we will see just how badly it fares. It fared badly against the 865 so it will be hands down worse with the 865+.

I'll have to disagree... If they went white with the the trim you see in Silver with Black, I might agree with you. But I don't like the Black on the Ultra because that camera bump and size of look... offensive.

The lighter grey of the camera module blends make the module more subtle over black. No black on the phone at all on this render except for the tip of the S-Pen and they stick to that theme... White S-Pen with silver trim. White phone with Silver/polished Aluminum frame. And remember the top and bottom of the Ultra is polished. A very nice white. Not a pearl. Not too bright. Not overpowering. Very classy look.

I'm sold on that color.

You can always black it out with a D-Brand if you want.

Get what you like, but whether it's silver or black on white doesn't make the camera look smaller or bigger. The only way to make the camera look less obtrusive is to make to make the colors similar like the gold or black. That's why I went with the Black S20 Ultra over the grey.
