note 3 apps freezing up

A few different apps are freezing up while using them. Such as Facebook and Google. I have to hit home button back to main screen then hold home button and close app. Any reason why?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried going to the App Manager, selecting Facebook or Google+, and tapping Clear Cache? Or does a reboot help clear things up?

Thats what I have been doing (both) but im having to do like every three days. Right after I posted this it froze while on facebook and restarted itself.

I followed the link and done as it said. My phone is operating much faster thanks.
