Note 3 as computer with Hdmi TV

Would it be feasible with the right cables to connect the Note 3 into a USB hub and HDMI TV and use it as a computer with a wireless usb mouse?

And if so what cables would I need?

I am Using an Android mini PC now and it has full HDMI, Micro USB, and full usb ports.

I' m not sure you can do that as you'd need to be using a OTG cable and MHL adapter simultaneously while using a USB hub.

This was done with the GNote 2 but he used a bluetooth keyboard and mouse...
