Note 3 battery draining

Hi all as the title states I'm having battery life issues with my note 3. I slept with 90% on the indicator and upon waking up which is around 6 hours later it's down to by at least 20%. Even for general usage it wouldn't last very long and not even 4 hours before I have to charge it up again. I have the international variant if you're wondering. The sm-n9005.

How old is the device? If you've had it for some time, and have routinely been allowing the battery to discharge heavily before recharging, that may have damaged the battery, reducing its capacity. The best practice is not to let the charge fall below about 40%, and then to charge to 100%, which the stats show you have not been doing.
On the other hand, if the device is new, it's a different matter. Something you haven't told us is what your screen brightness is, also your screen-on time, and also what you are doing when using the phone. Android System looks rather high but that may only be relative. More details please.

Hi thanks for the quick response. Well I've been having the decide brand new since the end of April until now. I do practise the charging it from 40% but recently due to school and such I've been unable to charge it at that time and only able to do so when I reach home. My screen brightness is always on the lowest and I regularly clear my task and also the ram. Also one thing to note is that it's been quite like that since like kit kat. And I've disabled apps as well to try and reduce the android system percentage but to no avail. Also I'm not a heavy user. I mostly play a little bit of games while waiting for the lecturer to appear and some light reading. I guess you can say it loses at least 10% with only 30 minutes of on screen time.

It may be related to the system update you refer to. Wiping the Cache Partition is said to be good practice after a system update, and also, if your personal data is backed up, a Factory Reset.

I tried wiling the cache partition it was successful. But then when it asked for a reboot it displays an error.

Yes I have able to do that. I've tried doing a factory reset and it's still having the same issue except now android system is up to 37%. I'm stumped as to what to do.

The battery graph looks to me like an intermittent internal high resistance short in the battery. IOW, time for a new battery. If you can't get by on 60% of the battery, buy 2 and a charger (it should run you about $25 for a good one like Anker) on Amazon, and when the battery gets down to 40%, swap batteries. (I always have a charged spare in my pocket.)

Now here is a funny thing. I turned off my wifi last night to see if it has anything to do with it and my battery remain the same throughout the night.
