Note 3 charger on Galaxy S4

Is it safe to use the wall charger of Note 3 on Galaxy S4?

Yup, in some regions it's actually the very same charger, only different cable (USB 3 for the Note 3), but the Amp rating is pretty much the same. Actually, any decent USB charger will do, the difference will lie on the Amp output the charger can handle. In the case of Samsung chargers for S4 and Note 3 is 2A (2.1A for some Note 3's).

In the Note 3 charger, it is written 5.3v, while in the Galaxy S4 charger, it is only 5v. Wouldn't that cause any problem at all? Thanks.
