So you think its the battery not the phone? As you noticed i posted some issues about my phone the system ui has stopped every start up, i have unfortunately apps has stopped every time i receive a notifications. So u think guys its all about the bat?

No, that's probably another story, but I suspected your charger was the issue, as posted above. You can get any 2.1 AMP USB wall charger and it will charge quickly, like your Samsung charger. Samsung owes you a charger under warranty, but it never hurts to have another one as well...

Griffin makes a good 2.1 amp charger (same power as Samsung original) and Best Buy has them in stock for 30$. Just don't buy the Best Buy in-house brand (RocketFish). The Griffin is a good buy.

I'm not sure which other issues you have with your phone, but from what I am reading above, it isn't anything to do with battery. Batteries don't cause issues like what you describe. Those issues are more a problem with the OS, or perhaps some rogue apps. There are a few solutions for that too, but I would need more detail before I can help...

I dont know what to do anymore. Called att and they will send it within 6 business days. They want me to pay $14.95 for 3 day shipping. And i chose the free one. For the meantime can somebody help me if i can still turn it on while waiting for 6 days?

They are basically charging you 15 dollars for the charger.

Chloe,if you have another Samsung phone charger it should work.i use my tab 3 charger sometimes to charge my note 3.

If you live in a decent sized city, just go to one of those small indie stores that sell used phones and accessories (many of them also flash phones as well). Most of them sell generic chargers for $4-$6. Some of them will eventually fail after a year, but I've had pretty good luck with them in general. At that price, you really can't lose.

A bad charger may have friied the charging port.
It happened to me...
I had been using an older car charger that had a piece rusted off and landed across the terminals. Car chargers are more subject to dirt, debris and water.
I would get the phone replaced if possible.

Well there are options like what I posted as available from att. I am not quite sure what they are sending you as most Wall chargers are separate from the USB cable, but I guess it is possible to have one that is connected.

That's what I said - and a 1-amp charger would take 80-90% longer to charge, but my point was, that they are obligated to replace her defective charger with one of the same, an original OEM Samsung charger and cable for the Note 3, period.

Whoever she spoke to there is a moron and doesn't know what they're doing. That's like saying "we're going to replace your defective Note 3 with an HTC 1"

I'd call back and speak to a supervisor who can make it right and send her the direct replacement for that charger, the one for the Note 3.

the rep told me that the charger that she will send me is different from the stock charger. she said they will send the one that cannot be used in computer and wall charger only. I don't know what shes talking about. I told her just to send me a charger.

anyway, my phone is charging over the computer but it doesn't recognized it. I cant use kiesk or even transferring files between them. oh well, I guess need to throw this one on the window. lol
