Yep, tap and pay works.

That's great! Hopefully the Isis carriers (Tmo, Att, VZW) won't find some way to strip it out of their updates.

I think it's baked into kitkat, but knowing Verizon.....anything could happen.....lol

That's true. And I saw someone on some Android blog say they installed a leaked 4.4 for their Tmo Note 3 and the "Tap to Pay" option in Settings wasn't there.

I'll wait till the official before I believe the randomness of a blog.. Unless it is someone who is reputable .

As soon as my phone was updated Google wallet opened and told me tap and pay is now available, do I want to set it up? I just hit set up an 3 secs later it said set up was complete.. I used it as soon as I left work.. This makes me very happy.. Battery life is even better. The os is only using 5 percent of the battery life,,, before that number was always much higher.
