Note 3 lock screen weirdness.

I wonder if anybody else has encountered this.
I'm running the latest stock version of 4.3 on my ATT Note 3 and whenever I set my lock screen security to well anything other than Swipe, it doesn't actually do anything except well, get rid of widgets and regardless of what type of lock screen security I'm using, well it doesn't appear on my lockscreen.
Is anybody experiencing this?

I had this issue come up as well. There is a setting that asks you when you want this to occur, if you have it set to say 15 minutes the phone has to be locked for 15 minutes for it to come up, (I think), but if you set it to "Immediately" then as soon as you lock it, its there. Hope that helps!

I think the widgets go away if you lock the screen with a pin or pattern. Not sure if there is a work-around for that, other than not using one of those two methods to lock the screen.

It won't let you do it with anything but swipe... It's stupid but it's a security feature that no one seems to like
