I discovered another issue since updating to Lollipop (several days ago) 5.0 on my Note 3.

I no longer have Multi-window !!! I just spoke with Samsung Tech Support. The only solution (not guaranteed) they offered is to go to Best Buy and have them do a Reflash, or send my Note 3 in for repairs or replacement, or try another Factory Reset (already did that two times).

Guess I'll just have to hold on and hope that I get an Update which will fix these issues .....

The only way that I can get a Screen Capture is to hold down the Power Button and Home Button. Before updating to Lollipop I always used the S-Pen to take Screen Shots, but that no longer works. Also, the Swipe method does not work.

Having issues with increased Battery Drain, and also WiFi problems that I never had before.

The problems you mention are definitely not typical and the only one you should be experiencing is an intended one of not being able to take screenshots by tapping the S-pen. If you did a factory reset and still have the problems then I would suggest you turn off back up and restore in settings, clear the cache partition and then do another factory reset without restoring your previous settings. There is no reason you should be experiencing these problems on lollipop on a TMO Note 3 after a factory reset unless something is corrupted, which can happen with old settings being restored.

I had lot of issues too after upgrading. Factory reset solved all issues and battery life is now excellent

A good rule of thumb is to hard reset after a significant fw upgrade.

I updated my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to Lollipop. My issues are: Most of my downloaded apps are missing (including social media apps like FB, Twitter, and IG) and I cannot open my Google Play Store. Could someone please help? Thanks
