Note 3 n9005 blank screen and all apps force close, what should I do?

Note 3 n9005 blank screen and all apps force close .

I have a rooted galaxy note 3 (n9005) and i did the wipe cache partition. After that the phone boots and then there is a black screen and all apps crash one by one showing "unfortunately appname has stopped." I can access my power meny but nothing else works. I do not have a cylustom recivery but usb debugging is on. I need to save my dat before i factory reset my device. Help me with adb or any other suggestion. Thank you.

Welcome to the forums. ADB commands should just be 'adb pull <file path>' where <file path> is the item you want copied.
