Note 3 not registered to network.

[AC Question]

Ok I have a note 3 that I got used from a store. The phone worked for a month then it stopped connecting to my mobile network. Well I would say that it connects at times and then drops the connection randomly. When I try to manually connect to the network it says unable to connect to network try again later. I have tried unlocking the phone and also tried fixing the IMEI. I have no idea what is causing this. I am tempted to just sell it but it is still a great phone. If anyone out there can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
