I'm having problems with S-Voice. Cannot find the S-Voice app on my Note 3. I am able to access S-Voice only by pressing the Home Button twice, but S-Voice is nowhere to be found on my Note 3 !!!
My Note 3 is running Lollipop 5.0, the most recent update for my Note 3 (T-Mobile).
I thought that I should be able to voice activate S-Voice, simply by saying "Hi Galaxy", which worked >>> "Before" updating to Lollipop (sometime in April, 2015).
I've already called Samsung Tech Support several times. They were not able to help me. Their only opitons are: 1) return my Note 3 and have it either fixed or replaced, 2) go to Best Buy and have them do a Reflash.
Has anyone else had this same issue? Any ideas what the problem is, and is there a fix? Or am I stuck until I (might ?) get another Lollipop Update ?
