Note 3 used ram full causing slow down phone.

Hello, everyone my old Samsung note 3 phone give me hard time and slow down dramatically when used ram full. This problem occur after 3 days phone remain on continously. I am not sure what to do. I am Windows/PC expert as well as iOS and android as well. Please don't give any suggestions about using clean app cache or kill the process I know all apps like these. So this is another issue. Thx. I am not sure how to submit screen shot here.

The Galaxy Note 3's build of TouchWiz has been known to be quite a memory hog, occasionally consuming more RAM than it needs to, resulting in fewer free memory for user processes, causing some to be kicked out of memory and reloaded constantly. This issue is worse in Lollipop.

You might have to regularly reboot your device since you mentioned that the issue appears when the device's uptime since last boot exceeds 3 days.
