I use it for everything! No more paper period! Im in the healthcare business and between meetings and hospitals I take a lot of notes on the run its the only way to go.

I use it to keep track of my daughter's gymnastics scores. I jot them down then use the pen window and bring up the calc. Very useful.

Keep a daily journal, with the notebook template, and upload it to my Google Drive. Be getting my Doogie Howser on, pretty useful.

I bought my Note 3 when it first came out in October and I've used the stylus maybe 10 times. Mostly just to mark up a photo.

Use mine pretty frequently. I use a pocket notebook at work a lot and my Note 3 has almost completely replaced the need to use that. I also have a tendency to lose notebooks so being able to jot down notes and have them backed up online instantly is priceless for me at least. The chances that I both lose my phone AND the online servers purge all my data are pretty comforting.

We are looking at houses and I found a cool app to create floor plans. The sPen works well with this app...

I just used it to write this reply. Handwriting to text is awesome! One of my most common things is quick notes though. My wee thumper (motorbike) doesn't have a gas gauge, so I jot down the mileage every fill. I also use it for grocery lists, phone numbers, reminders etc.

Mostly for web browsing. Air view is nice. I will sign documents and use drawing applications with the pen as well.

I use my pen a lot to just cut out snippets of something I want to text to someone quick. Works great. I also seem to find myself pulling it for quick notes at work since I don't tend to have paper with me. I'm always trying to think of ways to better utilize it.

My wife just got one. The manual is 250 pages, there's a very short section on the stylus. You can write on the back of photos, and some menu comes on the screen when it gets close, and I think you can write notes. What do you use it for (if anything)? Thanks, just trying to learn the device, she came from iPhone.

How do you write on the back of a photo?
Also what would be an example of the need for it..

I'm trying to train myself to use it more often. I have been taking notes as a to-do list type of thing. I'm finding it a little difficult to write, my sloppy handwriting is even more sloppy currently. But I do like not having to look for paper. I just wish I could use it on my Nexus 7 as well.

I just got my note 3 a few days ago. I've been using the s - pen and mostly s - note to take notes at work. I have been using my phone instead of a notepad, and so far, I'm really liking it.

There have been a few times already where I've used it to jot down a quick note on the fly while in conversation where I wouldn't normally have pen and paper on hand. I'm really liking it so far.

Using S Note, you can sync to Evernote, and at least view on your Nexus (I do it).

When in your gallery viewing a picture with the S pen out you can use photo note' which you can write on the back of the picture'. Trying to figure out a use for that. I'm also trying to figure out the S Signature.......Damn got this phone the day it came out and STILL learning....NIce!

I've also been using it with the screen write tool to scribble on pictures and post them to forums on minutes rather the having to mess with jumping between apps/transferring photos etc. It's super easy now.

I use it if I'm at events. No way am I ever going to remember every name of every person in every photo, so right after I've snapped, I jot them on the back. Also locations and other notes. Very handy for someone like me with Oldtimers!
