I was the lucky winner to get a phone that would not get any mobile signal. It was a huge battle for the phone to activate. Took it to the store, after switching the SIM a couple of times, I was finally able to get it activated but I would not get any mobile network (and in my area Verizon network is super solid). After spending hours with tech support, they agreed the phone itself could be defective. They offered me to send another phone, but that would arrive on Friday only. So, I made an arrangement to return the phone in-store and get a new one instead.

Thank God I haven't. I always worry about that when I get new phones. But believe it or not, Samsung is the only manufacturer that I have used that I haven't had a hardware defect. So they are batting 1000 with me so far.

It was my first phone with a major defect like that. But **it happens. But it wasn't my day yesterday anyways. Appeared to have injured some tendons or something in my leg/knee from no apparent reason making walking painful. Came down with a mild fever at night.

So I went to the local store and they replaced the phone. Now it is working perfectly!

The bottom half of my screen will not work, happened twice today. Has this happened to anyone else? It displays, but the touchscreen doesn't work. After a reboot it will be fine again.

I have the S-View case, I'm starting to wonder if its because of that. It wasn't happening before I put the S-View case on 2 days ago.

Glad the new one is working just fine for you! :).
