You can change the setting and immediately see the color change in the screen view, I would suggest playing around a bit and see what looks good to you. I did find that using the fluorescent setting seemed to get rid of yellow quite well.

I have had the Note 4 for two weeks but hadn't taken a picture so I shot these handheld using natural light through a window and Auto setting without HDR. They have been cropped but otherwise not edited.
