Note 4 "Cannot Be Reached"

Hi Guys,

was wondering if someone could help me.

A lot of people who are trying to call me keep complaining that "my phone cannot be reached" even when im in a public space and cell service is widely available.

I've been having this problem for quite some time and no update has been able to solve it so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

On the dailing key screen tap the three dots top right,then settings,then "Call" then Call rejections. If that is in order IE not rejecting try "more settings"
