Note 4-Can't pull down Notification Bar

Hi, The notification bar randomly stopped working. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to do a factory reset. Have you downloaded any apps right before the issue started?

I am in the process of making my Note 4 self aware.

Apparently it happened when using the dodol launcher. I switched back to touch wiz and then back to dodol launcher and now it's ok.
