My note 4 is unresponsive can anyone help. It had a full charge and just shut off and won't turn back on. I bought a new battery and it still didnt work so I know its not that. I've tried holding the power button down for a few minutes without the battery, no success. I've tried starting in safe mode still no success. I think its a hardware problem..anyone experience this or can anyone help. Power ic?

You can try taking it to a Best Buy or a carrier if they have the 'flashing cradle' and see if their equipment can 'see' the phone, but other than that, it's pretty hard to diagnose over messages. You're probably gonna have to take it in to get checked at a repair center. Hopefully it's just the power circuit or the USB one, but it can also be that the motherboard has malfunctioned (and that's pretty expensive to repair/replace).

I know you stated this...
... but have you tried pressing and holding down the power button (with the battery installed) for about 15 - 30 seconds to see if it would turn on? Also, try pulling the sim and SD card out to see if they have any effect on power up.
