Note 4 error message

[AC Question]

the error message repeats about every 15 to 30 seconds. the recurring message says " unfortunately the Samsung keyboard has stopped working". How can this be stopped or removed?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist after a reboot? If so, go to the App Manager, select Samsung Keyboard, and Clear Cache.
