Note 4 Fast charging question

So I have this

It says it has Power IQ to sense what kind of device you have and how much juice to send to it. (2.4amps maybe?)
My question is, will this use the quick charging abilities of the N4?

Also, as far as the USB cables used.. Are those different as well? Do they need to be a special kind?

No. It does not have Quick Charge 2.0 capability and is only 5V. It will charge at normal speeds.

You do not need special cables for Quick Charge 2.0/Adaptive Fast Charging.
