Note 4 First Android first Samsung ! using loads of RAM ?

Hey People

Got my Note 4 on Friday and I love it (come from iPhone 5). ATM looking for a micro SD card and a case for the phone and reading threw the threads to find one thats suits me

But as im playing around with the phone and still learning how it works I noticed it does us a alot of RAM like 1.76 ish GB when no apps are running and I havent installed any apps on the phone yet

is this normal or is there a way to bring it down (On Widgets i have 4 apps on the bottom and on the top just the weather widget and the second page the google widget and alarm)

I noticed the same thing. Right out of the box, mine was at 2.25. I spoke to AT&T and they were able to remotely log into my phone to troubleshoot. However, I had already tried everything they were suggesting. I can't seem to keep my ram under 2 regardless which apps I close out or don't use.

It is normal. Used RAM on Android is a good thing.. Unused is a bad thing .
