Note 4 Incoming Calls immediately going to VM>

Hi, just bought a Note 4 for Verizon and activated it today. Everything seems to work OK but one. All incoming calls go straight to Voice Mail; phone never rings.

Anyone else seen this in the past. Hopefully it just a setting.

Were you a Verizon customer before? Sounds like the phone or simply card isn't set up with or registered on the network. Do outgoing calls all show the right number? Did you maybe accidentally turn on do not disturb?

I was a Verizon customer about 2 months ago; took a short sojourn to AT&T and came back today. Outgoing calls go out fine. I'll check the do not disturb setting. Thanks.

Perhaps porting the number back is just taking a little longer than normal. Probably a lot of activations and mess on the network the day after Christmas

Do not disturb is off so it shouldn't be stopping invoming calls. Thanks for the suggestion.

Found the problem. Turns out my number got lost in the porting operation between AT&T and Verizon. Problem solved.
